Tattoos are priced individually. Placement, size, detail and time are all factors that determine the price of a tattoo. We have a minimum/starting price of R800.

If you would like a quote on a specific piece, please send through the following: 

- Reference images to illustrate what you are wanting 

- The Location/placement of the tattoo on your body

- The Size in Centimetres 

- The style you are wanting ie. Colour or Black & Grey? Realism? Traditional? etc.

- The artist you had in mind to do the tattoo

We typically warn people about finger tattoos beforehand to make them aware of the risks associated. 

Tattooing fingers prove to be challenging because of the thin nature of the skin and the small area to work with. The healing process of finger tattoos can also be hindered by the constant movement of the area, exposure to bacteria, jewelry etc. 

Tattoos can fall out or blow out, (fall out = ink disappears in areas / blow out = ink blurs or thickens in areas) 

Fall-outs can be fixed with a touch up but with a blow-out, nothing can be done unfortunately. It doesn’t happen to all tattoos on fingers, and is hard to predict. 

 We are happy to tattoo fingers if the above is taken into consideration.

We generally advise people against getting white tattoos and prefer not to perform to do them.

When healed, white tattoos tend to discolour. The tattoo tends to turn a faint brown or yellow in the skin.

We are happy to tattoo fingers if the above is taken into consideration. 

Sadly, we do not send designs before the day of the appointment. 

Enough time is allocated on the day of the tattoo appointment to make any desired changes. 

- Keep dressing on for at least 8 hours

- Wash tattoo very well with hot water & soap, using only the palm of your hand

- Pat dry with a clean towel

- Wash & dry twice daily until tattoo begins to scab/flake

- After washing & drying, wait a few minutes before applying the Palm Black Healing Balm

- Use our healing balm, natural coconut oil or a water-based, non-fragranced cream like aqueous lotion. On the 3rd day, apply once a day until healed

- Do not touch your healing tattoo unless your hands are clean

- Do not pick, scratch any scabs or flakes that may form

- Do not submerge/soak your tattoo in water for up to 2 weeks

- No sun, sea or swimming pools for 2 weeks

We tattoo everyone.

We recommend no physical activity after getting tattooed for 3-5 days. Give your tattoo time to heal to achieve the best result possible. Please check with your artist if they can recommend an alternative method/approach.

We recommend eating something & bringing something to keep your sugar levels up.

Please make sure you are clean before coming through for your tattoo. 

Please make sure that you are in no way under the influence, or intoxicated.

Wear something comfortable that makes it easy for the artist to access the area you’re having tattooed.
e.g. For a leg tattoo, wear shorts & for a chest tattoo, wear a button up shirt.

No, handpoked tattoos are not more painful.

Yes. Each tattoo (machine or hanpoked) will age differently according to how you look after them. The more careless you are, the worse they will wear and heal.

We do not recommend taking painkillers. Especially any medication that will result in thinning your blood. Please enquire about numbing cream when you book.

Once you have selected a date, we will allocate a timeslot & duration of your tattoo.

We require an R800 deposit to secure your tattoo appointment. 
For tattoo bookings exceeding 3 hours, we require a R1600 deposit.

We send all deposit information when a booking is made. Tattoo vouchers can also be used as deposits.
