Terms & Conditions

By entering The Palm Black Golden Tattoo Ticket competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.

• Proof of age may be required before any prize is redeemed.

• Employees of Palm Black Tattoo and their immediate family members may not enter.

2. Competition Structure

• One (1) Golden Ticket winner will receive twelve (12) tattoo sessions in 2027, valued at R5,000 per month (total value R60,000).

• Two (2) monthly runner-up winners will be selected each month and will each receive a R5,000 tattoo prize.

• A total of twenty-four (24) monthly winners will be selected over the duration of the campaign.

3. Entry & Bonus Entries

• Entry requires submission of a name, valid email address, valid phone number and tattoo idea.

• Bonus entries may be earned by following Palm Black on Instagram, sharing the campaign, tagging friends, or posting the campaign to Instagram Stories or feed.

• Additional bonus entries may apply if entrants choose from Palm Black artist flash designs.

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry system may result in disqualification.

4. Tattoo Prize Conditions

• Tattoo prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other service.

• Winners may not choose a specific artist at Palm Black. Artist assignment is at the sole discretion of Palm Black.

• Tattoo ideas must suit the preferred styles and availability of Palm Black artists.

• Winning tattoo ideas may not be changed once selected.

• Prizes are intended for tattoos approximately hand-sized for the stated value.

• Simple tattoo ideas may be prioritised over complex concepts.

• Larger tattoo projects (including multi-session pieces) may be completed over time, subject to scheduling and artist discretion.

5. Redemption & Expiry

• Monthly runner-up prizes must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of the winner announcement.

• Golden Ticket sessions must be redeemed within the 2027 calendar year.

• Failure to book within the stated timeframes may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Health & Consent

• All tattoo services are subject to Palm Black’s standard consultation process and health requirements.

• Palm Black reserves the right to refuse any tattoo request deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable.

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Monthly winners will be announced on the last day of each calendar month.

• The Golden Ticket winner will be announced on a date communicated via Palm Black’s official channels.

• Palm Black’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to reasonable use of their name, tattoo imagery, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition or other Palm Black offers.

9. General

• Palm Black reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if required.

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google, Instagram or Meta.

• By entering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
