How many tattoos does the Golden Ticket include?
The Golden Tattoo Ticket includes 12 tattoo sessions in 2027, each valued at R5,000.
What do monthly winners get?
Each month, two runner-up winners receive a R5,000 tattoo prize, redeemable within 30 days.
Can I choose my artist?
No. Artist selection is managed by Palm Black to ensure the best match between your idea and the artist’s preferred style and availability.
Can I change my tattoo idea if I win?
No. Winning ideas cannot be changed once selected.
How are the winners chosen?
Complex tattoo ideas do not increase your chances. Simple ideas often win. A small, well-suited concept can be chosen over a large or complex one. Choosing ideas that are based on Palm Black Artists' Flash also boost your chances.
How big are the tattoos?
Tattoo size is approximately hand-sized for the stated value. Larger projects can be completed over multiple sessions if selected for the Golden Ticket.
Can I transfer my prize to someone else?
No. All tattoo prizes are non-transferable and must be used by the winner.
Can I take cash instead?
No. Tattoo prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
When are winners announced?
Monthly winners are announced on the last day of each month.
The Golden Tattoo Ticket winner will be announced via Palm Black’s official channels on the 1st of January 2027.
Do I need to be over 18?
Yes. You must be 18 or older to enter and to receive a tattoo.
Can Palm Black refuse a tattoo?
Yes. All tattoos are subject to Palm Black’s standard consultation and health guidelines.
